(Simple STM) When trying to reapply for insurance coverage, I had difficulty logging back in because it used my old zip
code and I had moved twice since I originally signed up. There was no mechanism for password help.

dates on our final package were incorrect although they were correct on the application. But the staff very quickly

(Core Health Insurance) This is the best value for health insurance in NY state I have
come across. The coverage and limits of the plan are clearly
outlined on the site, and the rep with whom I spoke was very
clear in designating what the plan did and did not cover. It is
not a substitute for comprehensive medical insurance plan, but

calling customer service it is frustrating to not get a live
person without knowing an extension but that would be the only

Include maternity. Include prescription cold medicine and standard visits/ checkups.(lower copayments) or %cash

Service agent contacted me for the return of my insurance card by the post office, so I can check my

(Smart STM) I was happy to have found Markel Ins. I found myself without a job and without health insurance at tne
end of 2008. Markel was affordable for me at the time. While I was getting unemployment benefits it
filled that gap I was in; unemployed, and looking for a job at the tender age of "60" and not really ready

(Simple STM) The customer support staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, the agent helped me pick
the best insurance for my 20 year old son. He hasent had to use it yet but knowing that he's covered
under a good policy is a great feeling.
