It needs to be made even clearer that a "six-month" plan is limited to 180 days (several days shorter than any series of six actual calendar months). The information *was* in the written plan description, but although I am generally a careful reader, I missed the importance of the definition of a month as 30 days, and nearly waited too long to reapply for a second "six-month" plan. I couldn't understand since I had been a member from birth to 18 years old and since I turned 19 years old and didn't have a physical on file they refuse my application. I handed the pharamcists all the cards I had and she smiled and laughed and checked each one to see which would offer the best prices. I ended up saving half of my prescription costs! At least $200.
