(Simple STM) I had a problem with a wrong spelling for my name when I bought
the insurance. I submitted an email request and it was
immediately rectified. I called in subsequently to confirm that
the request was taken care of, and it was clarified very

(Simple STM) I first signed up for a policy then had to extend the period
another 14 days. There is no option to change the time period.
I had to cancel my policy, get a refund, then apply again. The
computer system wouldn't let me reapply until the day the first
plan was going to start. Makes no sense. I had to call and get

(Simple STM) The plan is extremely competitive in price and features. However, i was enrolled in an additional fee based
program that did not ask for. The price was fairly small however it was a bit of a scam being enrolled in the
program. I tried to remove it from the plan, but the only way to do so was to leave a message for

(Simple STM) When trying to reapply for insurance coverage, I had difficulty logging back in because it used my old zip
code and I had moved twice since I originally signed up. There was no mechanism for password help.

calling customer service it is frustrating to not get a live
person without knowing an extension but that would be the only

Include maternity. Include prescription cold medicine and standard visits/ checkups.(lower copayments) or %cash

(Simple STM) The customer support staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, the agent helped me pick
the best insurance for my 20 year old son. He hasent had to use it yet but knowing that he's covered
under a good policy is a great feeling.

my medical concerns up tp 6 months/through March of 2010. It is a peace of mind to have Health Ins, just
in case an accident occurs.

are in between group health plans...my husband's benefits at his
new job don't start for 90 days, and health insurance coverage
for unexpected events was our primary worry. I was also very

(Simple STM) I need to read the 'fine print' of the contract SASID sent. I am concerned about exclusions and limitations
of the policy. Also, given this is simply a 'catastropic' policy I think the premium is too high. The likelihood of
exhausting the deductible, clearing the hurdles of the exclusions and limitations and triggering coverage is

suggest to provide more information about what exactly is covered in the plan and how much (if any) is

(Simple STM) yes, I had a good experience. I am healthy and am glad to be that way, and also glad to have the
coverage for the other things, should I need it. I think that, for the future, as just a comment, perhaps
a "personal" consultant or someone to talk to about health issues or using the policy would be nice, you
know--a nurse or something. But really, everything was great.

(Simple STM) I have not filed any claims, and I have only one complaint about
my plan. "Six months" is a misleading description of 6 x 30
days. It needs to be made even clearer that a "six-month" plan
is limited to 180 days (several days shorter than any series of
six actual calendar months). The information *was* in the
written plan description, but although I am generally a careful
reader, I missed the importance of the definition of a month as
30 days, and nearly waited too long to reapply for a second
"six-month" plan. Customer service *was* helpful in explaining
