Although it is good for a year, I will only need it for the fall semester as I'm graduating in December. 4.2 out of 5 - (Smart STM) Just one suggestion. I went online and got a policy, then wanted to extend it for two weeks. I had to cancel the old policy and do a new one only after a period of time. I thought I would be able to just go online change the policy and pay and be done with it. Instead, I had to cancel, try and reapply which it wouldn't let me do. I also tryed another short term Insurance before the Short Term one but I was not so satisfied as this one. I'm italian and it was easy for me the way od Short term Insurance, with no problems. A very friendly customer rep actually called me to answer the question! I had dealt with one of your major competitors before finding your insurance company online and believe me I came away from contact with them feeling like I was annoying them, rather than that I was a customer wanting to purchase one of their products. I know your company must have hundreds of customers, but I truly appreciated the personal touch of a friendly customer service rep calling me about my question. Also, I use web sites constantly. Yours was quite easy to navigate. It easily allowed the comparison of policies and prices.
